Content you upload to the platform (workout plans, progress photos, meal logs, messages) remains yours. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and process it solely to provide the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights, violate laws, or contain harmful material. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fitgly Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Fitgly Technologies' place of registration, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
