Getting Started

Click "Sign Up" on our homepage and create an account using your email or Google login. You will receive a confirmation email to verify your address before you can access the platform.

Once registered, browse available gyms on the "Find A Gym" page. Select a gym, choose a membership plan, and complete the enrollment. Your gym manager will be notified automatically.

After joining, you will be guided through a step-by-step onboarding wizard that collects your fitness goals, health information, dietary preferences, and schedule. This data helps trainers build personalized workout plans.

Many gyms offer trial passes or day passes. Look for the "Trial Available" badge on gym profiles, or ask the gym manager about their trial options.

Membership

Each gym sets their own plans with different durations (monthly, quarterly, yearly) and pricing. Plans may include access to classes, personal training sessions, or multi-location access depending on the gym.

Yes. Go to your membership page and select "Change Plan." The system will calculate any proration automatically so you only pay the difference or receive a credit.

You can request a membership freeze from your member portal. Specify the freeze duration and reason. Your billing will be paused for the freeze period without cancelling your membership.

You will receive reminders before expiration. If auto-renewal is enabled, your plan renews automatically. Otherwise, you can manually renew from your dashboard or visit the gym to extend.

Workouts

Navigate to the "My Workouts" section in your trainee dashboard. Your trainer assigns workout plans that appear here with full exercise details, sets, reps, and instructional GIFs.

Yes. Use the exercise library (800+ exercises) to build custom workout templates. You can search by muscle group, equipment, or difficulty and save your favorite combinations.

During a workout session, the workout player lets you log weight, reps, and rest time for each set. Your history is saved automatically and visible on the progress page.

Payments

Payment methods depend on the gym. Most gyms accept credit/debit cards via Stripe. Some gyms also accept UPI, bank transfers, or cash payments recorded by the gym staff.

All payment receipts are available in your member portal under "Payment History." You can download PDF receipts for any transaction at any time.

Refund policies are set by individual gyms. Contact your gym manager through the messaging feature or visit the gym directly to request a refund. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method.

Trainers

Browse trainers on the "Trainers" page where you can filter by specialization, rating, and availability. You can also view trainer profiles to see their certifications and client reviews.

Visit your trainer's availability calendar and select an open time slot. Confirm the booking and you will receive a notification with the session details.

Yes. After each session or anytime from your dashboard, you can leave a rating and review for your trainer. Ratings help other members find great trainers and contribute to the gym leaderboard.

Virtual-GYM

Virtual-GYM is our partner gym network that lets you access participating gyms beyond your home gym. Members with compatible plans can check in and work out at any Virtual-GYM partner location.

Gyms join the Virtual-GYM network through our platform. If your membership plan includes multi-location access, you can search and visit any partner gym. Simply scan your QR code at the partner gym to check in.

It depends on your plan. Some plans include Virtual-GYM access at no extra cost, while others may require an upgrade. Check your plan details or ask your gym manager for specifics.

Account

Go to your profile settings and click "Change Password." You can also use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page if you cannot access your account.

Navigate to the profile page in your dashboard. You can update your name, contact information, profile photo, health details, and notification preferences from there.

Yes. Contact your gym manager or reach out to our support team. Account deletion is permanent and removes all associated data after a 30-day grace period.

Technical

Fitgly works on all modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend using the latest version for the best experience.

Yes. Our mobile app is available for both iOS and Android. It includes workout tracking, QR check-in, messaging, and all core member features.

We use industry-standard encryption for all data in transit and at rest. Your health and personal data is only visible to you and your assigned trainer. We never sell personal data to third parties.
